Postero is working on addressing a critical need faced by the Revenue Assurance (Talent Acquisition) teams of most organizations in India. This is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) offering that aims to bring down hiring time and cost by improving join to offer ratio and predict potential "infant mortality" cases (cases where candidates join and leave within the first year). This Cloud based, subscription based service leverages a proprietary Predictive Analytics engine to predict the Joining Probability of candidates which can help employers plan their recruitment strategy accordingly. Software development

Legacy Migration: The client had a Cold Fusion based application that was running in the organization for over 10 years. Following a strategic decision to move to the IBM Bluemix Cloud, Postero worked closely with the client to define new architecture using Angularjs, Nodejs and SQL Server and since then is working on implementing the new application on the new technology architecture.


The client wanted a ground up development of the application on the latest MEAN stack (Angularjs, Nodejs and NOSQL – IBM Cloudant). Postero deployed its specialized, focussed software professionals who were skilled in these technologies and is developing this application using the Agile methodology.


Postero's product – HireAssure – has been developed using the MEAN stack technologies and is deployed on the Microsoft Azure Cloud. Since HireAsssure is a Machine Learning based, Natural Language Processing powered, Predictive Analytics platform, it also uses technologies like R, MySQL, Spring, Hibernate etc. More information on the product can be found at www.hireassure.com


The client wanted to test a procurement system being built so that it met with the specs laid down by the business and end users. The Procurement System being built was one which would help in evaluation of various vendors / suppliers by creating fact based vendor scorecards. Postero deployed testing specialists to create test cases, test scripts and then executed the test cases – all in a CDCI model (Continuous Development Continuous Integration)

Functional Testing

The client wanted to test an application that was being migrated from legacy platform to new architecture. The application was an asset and inventory management solution with a built-in shopping cart facility that allowed end users to add / remove assets like one does on e-Commerce websites. In this engagement, since the development process being followed was Agile, Postero first defined the testing process and testing infrastructure to be used, then deployed them and then performed testing by executing test cases and test scripts.


For all our Services clients, we have delivered using Postero's Global Delivery Framework – which includes Agile Development, following the DevOps methodology, communicating using various modes - phones, emails, Github, Webex, Skype etc., using a well defined Release Management process and tracking and reporting metrics on a regular basis. On engagement models, we have worked in both a purely Offshore mode as well as Onsite-Offshore mode.
